Hey y’all!

It’s been a while since I’ve done a post on purses and their likes. As the saying goes, a girl can never have too many handbags/purses. I for one belong to that category..lol. Bags of all kinds fascinate me, be it slings, totes, fringe-bags or the quintessential clutch which is quite perfect for evening wear. Recently I had a family wedding to attend and was looking for a traditional black & gold clutch to complete my black indo-western dress. I surfed through a number of sites since all of us are spoilt for choices due to the umpteen number of options available. I came across a brand called Hepburnette, to be honest the name itself intrigued me & I decided to check it out and I was glad I did that!.

Hepburnette offers a wide variety of embroidered & hand-crafted clutches to suit occasions of all types-whether its a casual day out or a special evening that you need to attend. They  have designed their clutches by transforming the slowly fading traditional arts of India like pittan work, kantha work, bagru prints, hand embroidery and aari-tari work into modern eye-candies so that it suits the current modern pallete. They also have an exclusive range of satin, silk and cotton clutches to go with every occasion.

I chose an asterick Inspired Pittan Black Clutch for myself as it went so well with the outfit I had in mind. It did render an indian touch to my indo-western outfit which is exactly what I wanted. Plus, what is great is the fact that it came with a golden-chain strap which makes  it very convenient to carry it around. If you do not wish to use the golden strap, you can easily slip it inside the clutch and hold it in your hands the way I prefer most of the time.

I have to say this clutch was a huge hit at the event that I attended and I received generous compliments for the same. In case you guys are keen on buying it too you can visit the following links and check out their entire collection-

Also guys make sure you follow Hepburnette on their social media handles for their latest updates & additions-

I hope you enjoyed reading the review and do let me know what you think of the look that I created. Lots of love…Shruti 🙂
